BIOKOSMA TRADING LLC to be referred as "BIOKOSMA-ME.com" provides The Store to you on the basis of the following Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions may be updated by BIOKOSMA-ME.com from time to time by posting updated Terms and Conditions on the Store without prior notification to you. When you access the Store at any time in the future, such updated Terms and Conditions then in force shall apply. You should check the Terms and Conditions each time you access the Store.

2. The Store
The Store and any products that you purchase through the Store are for your non-commercial, personal use only and must not be used for business purposes. You will be able to obtain information about certain products via this Store and you may also submit queries to BIOKOSMA-ME.COM to receive more information.

3. Purchases
You can purchase products via The Store by selecting items and proceeding to the check-out. If you have not already registered an account at The Store, you will be requested to register in order for your purchase order to be processed. All purchases that you may make via The Store will be administered by and purchased from BIOKOSMA-ME.com.
You apply for a purchase agreement by placing an order and filling in the required details at the check-out, including the details enabling the prepayment. Provided the selected item(s) is/are available and in stock, we will provoke the shipping in accordance with your order. When your purchase order is completed, a receipt confirming the purchase order will be sent to the e-mail address that you have registered. The product(s), will be delivered to the delivery address that you have registered with The Store within a reasonable time, usually within 3-4 working days in United Arab Emirates. For now, shipment to other Gulf and Middle East countries is not applicable on The Store, however, we can direct you to the local distributor / sales point at your country.

4. Price and payment method
All prices will have a 5% VAT added to them according to the official VAT of United Arab Emirates. The methods of payment which are available may vary.
You will find the relevant price information and the available methods of payment for product(s) in the Store.
Prices do not include delivery costs. There is no minimum order value.
BIOKOSMA-ME.com reserves the right to amend or change prices at any time, if not specifically stated otherwise. The prices in The Store are for information only and may be changed by BIOKOSMA-ME.com without prior notice.

5. Complaints
BIOKOSMA-ME.com customer service will do its best to reply to any inquiries and process any complaints regarding The Store or any products as soon as possible. If damaged product(s) is/are delivered to you, you must notify BIOKOSMA-ME.com and describe the problem within 2 days following discovery of the damage.
